Though Black Friday fortunately passed without any of the stampede deaths predicted, the shopping extravaganza still saw some self mutilation in the name of savings. Streetwear brand The Hundreds videotaped one of their customers snapping his pinky finger for a free hat.

The stupid human trick, which saved no more than $50, took place outside their Los Angeles store where fanboys lined up for a 4 am sale, some skipping Thanksgiving, forcing their families to deliver turkey dinners curbside or worse, chaperone them through the night.
