A couple weeks ago I helped out at a bake sale which included making several dozen cupcakes/crapcakes. Inspired by Deb from The Green Door in Greenville, I decided to make a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup-like cupcake which mostly just meant putting peanut butter frosting on chocolate cupcakes. The frosting was scrumptious and creamy. At the sale they sold fast.

I’m about to go to a friend’s house and whipped up a batch to share.
